Teamwork,

It's one of my favorite feelings to get things done effectively as one. The jist of it is just difficult to accumulate into words. And I feel like I may be exaggerating about how great teamwork is, but I'm a person who rarely trusts others. With a team, you have to be able to trust your team in order for them to trust you. You have to know that it'll be okay if you let them down once in a while, and you'll have to accept others when they fail too. Like a seesaw. Gotta trust them not to let you fall on the way down and break your tailbone on impact.
